This Privacy Policy explains how the VIERA Remote app (package com.jeddev.vieraremote), developed by JedDev, handles your information.
VIERA Remote does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number, precise location). The app communicates only with your TV on your local network; the commands you send never leave your home network and are never transmitted to our servers — we operate no data-collection servers.

The app uses your Wi-Fi / local network connection solely to discover and communicate with your Panasonic VIERA TV. It does not use GPS location and does not require an internet connection to control your TV (an internet connection is only used to display ads).

We do not sell, trade, or rent any information. The only data transmitted is sent to Google's services (AdMob) as described above. No other third party has access to your data through this app.
The app may store your preferences (such as your TV's IP address) locally on your device for convenience. This information never leaves your phone and is removed if you uninstall the app.
This app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from them.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase the data being processed. As the app collects no personally identifiable information on our side, such requests mainly concern the data processed by Google AdMob (see their privacy policy).
